I have never been that drunk.

1) The awkward pauses in the video sucked. It would have been a 5-minute video without them.
2) It takes quite a tolerance to be able to drink enough that you can be conscious but not be in control like that. (If I drink enough to be drunk, I just want to go to sleep.) I knew a guy like that in college. He'd drink 1-2 bottles of cheap whiskey almost every night. He'd been doing that since he was 15. I took him to the ER twice in college. After that, I would just let the RA call an ambulance.
