Why does youtube no longer work on my computer?

I just got my computer back from the shop, and youtube does not load. I get sound, but no picture. I called the shop, and they said bring it in on Monday; they have no idea why it wouldn't work.

I unistalled then installed Adobe Flash Player, and turned off the pop-up blocker. All to no avail. What up?

Try using Internet Explorer, it should be located in start -> all programs. Does youtube work on that browser? If so the current browser that your using, that being firefox, chrome, etc is acting funky.

While we are blindly throwing suggestions out... Try this.
Start -> Run -> type: regsvr32 jscript.dll (Enter)

Should say the dll was successfully registered. Do the above step with browsers closed. Then try youtube again.

Do you have a Facebook account?

YouTube videos embedded on Facebook can cause exactly that problem.

I can't remember the fix but it was on Google.
