I'd suggest you take some time and do some shopping. Don't rush it unless you find a car that really makes you crazy, and even then make sure it is as good as it seems.
The good news is that they have Porsches in heaven. The bad news is they also have them in hell, so do your research before you buy. |

I'm definitely going to spend some time and look at a number of cars when I get home. The more I think about it though, a driver 356 and a 911 of some sort is the direction that I want to go. Based on my budget, that probably means a 356B since they don't seem to command quite as much much money as the 356As or 356Cs do. I would rather spend the same on a B that is in better condition then get an A that is a basket case. There was a nice B up for sale here a month ago or so that needed a bit or interior work, but looked ot be pretty together otherise. As for the 911, still a little undecided and I will have to drive several different types. Leaning towards the 3.2 cars though or maybe a 996 if I can find a good deal.
