firefox doesnt save tabs anymore?

I'm not quite sure how this happened but it used to be the case that when closing firefox with multiple tabs open there was an option to save the tabs for next time (can't recall the specific language) but that option seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know how I can bring it back?

If Jesus can't save him, then maybe Obama will

I thought that it still saved, it just doesn't ask any more. Maybe I'm missing something, I'll have to go check. Until we figure out the right way, you can always end-task on Firefox.exe. Then, when it loads back up it'll try to "restore previous session".

OK, I just checked. When I close FF down, it gives me the "close multiple tabs" confirmation dialog. I accepted. Then, the next time that I open firefox is pops a small white box up in the middle of the page that says "restore previous session". I click that box and it opens the old tabs.

I liked the old option, but that's probably just because I'm used to it. I think the benefit of the new way is that if you accidentally close a window down, you've got a better chance of getting your previous session back.
