Olive oil is chock full of vitamins and Avocados are very healthy.

You can't go wrong with either.

I think the causes of migraine headaches are so varied and poorly understood, that you can't say people should be wary of any particular food or other factor. Obviously if you always get a migraine after eating X, then don't.

avocados are good for you but like everything, moderation is the key. Like red wine, 2 glasses is ok but 3, well, too much is not a good thing.

extra virgin olive oil is great but don't forget the forgotten oil, coconut oil. It has gotten a bad rap yrs ago by the devious big boys. if you have some time do some DD and you will be amazed at the benefits.

I love avocados (with a squirt of lime) and olive oil... but one a day? I think I would start to hate them in a few months.

I buy almonds and keep them on hand for quick/easy snack... much better than chips or crackers. Walnut are supposed to be more nutritious but they have some kind of astringent (tannin?) that hurts my mouth.

tom selleck smiles every time you buy an avocado.

Try an avacado milkshake. They're damn good.

in honor of this thread, I will have one (with ketchup) today for lunch

no catsup!

Umm, the chicken was that bits and pieces stuff forced together to make the "filet" and the avocado real. Gawd that was a good burger :)

Is there real cat in that?

Very common to see a BLT&A sandwich... so does the A counteract the B?
