YouTube Vids are fuzzy?
Why are my vids I upload always poor quality? They are great on my computer but the quality really drops when I upload them. Is there a different format I should be using or is there some paid service you need to get better quality? My camera has a web mode function but it really did not make any difference. Others seem to have very nice quality but I aint one of them!

How long has it been since you put them up? They look awful right away then they recompile them later and get crisper.

Youtube videos are compressed aggressively, to the point where I shied-away from watching anything there in earlier years. It's generally tolerable now but still annoying. Better quality is one reason I started using Vimeo.

They have been up for a week. I know at first when they are being processed they can be bad but these are just not as sharp as others. The vid file was originally like 350mb and 5 min.

Shoot in Hi-Def to begin with.

It may have been my video editor, I just took a video and uploaded it direct instead of thru the editor program and it was a lot more clear.
