"You look nice today", "Wow, that was a fantastic sandwich!" both compliments. Your persistent eye rolling throughout the time I've been here, is not. ;)

You misspelled politics

:p:p:p

I would post the Monty Pyton "Argument" transcript but I'm just too lazy on a Monday...

Crowbob 04-15-2013 03:21 PM

Monty Pyton?

Who dat?

pwd72s 04-15-2013 03:24 PM

Not enough LOL posts

Like this one made on another board I visit...no names mentioned to protect the innocent.

So apparently....

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
...the carbon monoxide detector I bought....is also an explosive gas detector.

...which detects, among other things, methane gas.

...I found this out at 3:30 this morning....rolling out of bed onto the floor and grabbing my gun.

.....because at 3:30 in the morning...in a semi-conscious state....it's hard to tell the difference...

....between the detector and your home security system.

So there I was....lying on the floor in my own stink....clutching my .45....heart racing.....gradually coming to the realization that the only intruder in my house was the long, satisfying fart I can only vaguely remember at about 3:15.

I humbly sacrifice my own pride so that maybe just a few of you will get a good laugh.

That was pretty good.

RWebb 04-15-2013 04:04 PM

Your icon looks nice today, and I am sure that you can make a fantastic sandwich, but why isn't your name Janeterr006?

What does the ['ole] stand for?

Same as it was, but worser. Couldn't have said it betterer myself.

I'm not certain if that's an innocent question or if you're going somewhere with that that I'm too thick to comprehend :)

... My sandwiches are ok but, my soups and Italian dishes are to die for. ;)

Crowbob 04-15-2013 04:37 PM

'ole = 'old' in Crowbic lingo.

Crowbob 04-15-2013 04:54 PM

OH! Monty Python.

I get it now, scott.

RWebb 04-15-2013 08:05 PM

Jferr makes me think of Jennifer; thought your name was Janet...

rusnak 04-15-2013 08:10 PM

methane Earth-farts, dry humor, and Jfer (who is now named Janet) quoting herself.

Serves me right for just jumping to the last page.

My maiden name is Ferrara and saying it together sounds like Jennifer so I'm pretty used to being called that.

So is it Janet or Jennifer? Or Jacklin? Or Jasper? Or Jumping Jehoshaphat?

I don't make a very good sandwich... but I do make a mean margarita!

I'm married to Margarita

rusnak 04-16-2013 10:36 AM

I like Jacquelyn or Josie. She looks like a Jacki (Heeyyyy!!).

I'm more of a Hummus guy. I like Filafel.
