I ran over a gander

I ran over a goose 2 days ago. It was in the road and there was oncoming traffic. I tried to stop and laid on the horn but I just could not stop in time. The damn thing was running but not fast enough. Thinking back, I should have swerved into the oncoming sedan full of 3 or 4 people to save the ganders life.

I confess. I will be turning myself into the police after I post this. I expect to be charged with animal slaughter and I will likely get a death sentence. It has been nice knowing everyone.

Kyle,

You don't happen to have a blue Acura for a daily driver, do ya?

You honked the horn. Maybe it thought you wanted to mate?

I hit pheasants every year they are pretty thick between home and the office.

I stuff them with wild rice and bacon. They do not go to waste.

I went back for the goose but it was mangled up pretty bad. Not something u would want to eat.

they have been known to be suicidal - many have an image problem, something to do with how swans treat them...there is a bill on the house floor that takes on the issue of swan bullying. I don't expect it to pass though, swans have a powerful lobby and deep pockets...

I've run over three squirrels and a Pica in my 35 years of driving. I'm going to Hell...

Whaddya mean? Those mean adult geese were not cute at all! Not like little fluffy babies. They therefore deserved to die.
