Windows 7 Backup
on my 3rd attempt to backup my computer using Win 7 backup and the drive door for the DVD will not open!

any ideas?

nope - gives an error msg

I finally gave up, closed pgms & went after it with a paper clip.

Win 7 has been nothing but trouble...
