I'm going with Mosley in 7 by tko.

Pacquiao's got too many distractions and didn't seem nearly as focused in training as Mosley.

Never really liked Pacquiao anyway (my countrymen would probably lynch me for that statement).

I thought this place would have jumped all over this. Looks like it was a pretty boring spat.

"Filipino Pacquiao outclassed a defense-minded Mosley over 12 rounds at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, recording an unanimous points victory, and Roach would dearly love to see him face Mexican Marquez in a re-match."

Looks like he was distracted...the Paq man didn't knock Mosley OUT.

When is the Pacman going to fight a world class boxer who's not past his prime? De La Hoya was practically done when he fought him. So is Shane.

I hear Evander Holyfield is still fighting at 46, maybe Pacquiao would like to go fight him too...

I'm not jumping on the Pacquiao hype train and will still maintain that no one in boxing has been really exciting to watch since Tyson.

And yeah, it was a boring fight. A younger Mosley would have probably won.

Is there really anyone alive who paid $69.95 to watch this on TV?

Compared to what was out there when i was a kid, Ali, Hagler, Hearns, Sugar Ray, Frazier, Holmes, on and on and on....boxing is not even a mere shadow of what it once was.

Exactly. And Pacquiao may be one of the best fighters of all time. I've been to three of his fights. In person, he's amazing to watch.

+1

I remember Tyson, Sugar Ray, Holyfield, Foreman & De La Hoya. Even the 90s were a better decade in terms of boxing.

I would have a hard time naming current elite boxers aside from Mayweather & Pacquiao...

I really would like to see someone truly push Pacquiao to the limits. Right now, it's a bit like watching Federer before Nadal came along...Boring! He needs a rival to be truly considered great, IMO.

It will be interesting to see which of these two OLD GUYZ wins... It will be Walker to Walker, and Wheel Chair to Wheel Chair..

It will be a close fight, but the PPV companies will ultimately be the winner.

Just think if they would have had this fight 5+ years ago and the money that would have been made from the 2? 3? 4? rematches!

It'll be a close fight so that the rematch can generate even more money.

This is simple. They are both at the end of their careers. There is really no one left to fight that's this big of a draw.
Pacquiao wins = REMATCH = biggest purse ever. This is the set up fight as long as they make it look good.

I'm hoping Mayweather gets knocked out/down a few pegs he needs it and his defence sucks.

I'll be watching as I think if Manny is serious about it and has been training, it will be an awesome fight.
