Congratulations, but I've learned that a real estate deal is not done until it is done- With the new legal owner recorded with the county and the cash in the bank.

I've had a few "solid" deals go South before signing closing docs.

Oh, I realise the deal is not final until all the paperwork is signed. Just got caught up in the moment when I posted. Closing is scheduled for June 9 so we will know very soon if it goes through.
