reloading question-

for rifle brass there is considerable work hardening of the neck area due to resizing. If you had a easy way to anel the neck area to relieve the stress you could reuse the brass hundreds of times. Has anyone thought of this?

Simple to do in an oven and a pan that will let you add enough water to get just the neck area. Read about it in the gun rags 25 years ago
