I take it EBT cards are welfare money? Here, they are called "Oregon Trail" cards...

I don't see how Little Ceasar's can sell finished pizzas and accept EBT. I'm pretty sure it is for grocery items only. Papa Murphy's Pizza qualifies as you need to cook it, like a frozen pizza at the supermarket.
