I guess an army of wet nurses couldn't fill the need for milk.
Funny, why didn't the Chinese government just order a million women to the dairy farm? Too many preconceived notions about drinking milk (as an adult) that came from a woman?

This is good for everyone hooked on the breast milk ice cream from England which is super expensive and only sold in limited quantities. So the Chinese cow boob juice should increase supply and bring down the price. Don't mind the subtle flavor undertones of donuts and sweet and sour pork.
