I was told a long time ago if you break someones arm, and the opposite leg they are not able to use crutches, and therefore confined to a wheel chair. That would make it much easier when someone cuts his hands off.
I am not a victim of his, but a thief is way up on my list of unforgivable. I don't agree with a lot of things from the Arab countries but they sure don't have many thieves. |
Rick,
They've got thieves over there. They're just better at it. Kind of have to be better seeing as the price of getting caught can be life changing. |
Tis why I said not many. :D

Re: Jimmy D... I just emailed Mark Fraser again. He is an atty but was a major victim and was THE man who got Jimmy arrested and convicted. I think he told me that JD got out but is back in trouble again..big time. Mark is the best source of info on this slime bag. Jimmy desperately needs to have some 'street justice' ;)

Mark,
Ha! I just emailed Mark F yesterday as well. Dammit, the three of us need to get together for a toddy and steak sometime, and meet in person for a change! Hope he gets back to us with good news... Joe A PS, years ago I did some work with the Tucson Police Air Support unit. We had a very interesting program that would sent a plane up in the air when a felon with a difficult background was released from jail. He/she was then followed for several days when possible. Turns out that something like 70% of these perps would commit another crime within 3 days of getting out.... and what for you might ask? They would rob or steal something to first pay for their bail bondsman who got them out of jail, and second to get high. Wonder what you would see happen if you followed Jimmy for a while? |
Joe, you are dead nuts on .... We need to do that....especially when JD gets some serious time...I kinda suspect he's in the system again but not yet convicted. I'm 90% sure Mark told me he was in deeper s$it this time...I hope it was not a dream. ;)

Well everyone.... things have taken a very interesting twist...
Without the OK from Mark F I will not release details just yet, but just received an email from him about our favourite 911 mechanic. It seems that if Jimmy gets convicted on the charge that is hanging over his head that he will be in the "house of doors" for a very long time. Suffice to say, when the details come out, the line of people waiting to "de-nut" Jimmy will run around the block... |
Good post there Joe. Mark cc'd the one he sent to you. Jimmy better stock up on KY or maybe just get his affairs in order for the 'shiv' between the ribs... Couldn't happen to a nicer guy..;)

man i think that would put the KEE BOSH on any g/friends. so that means his "nads" would be hanging from a trailer hitch somewheres in hilly-billy-ville. that would also kind of HURT! and the saying would be changed to "whats good for the goose...........is good for the goose" omitting gander. The new charge against Jimmy is one that if he was convicted on, he could not be allowed out in the general population. It involves hurting a young (4 year old) child and once you do that, you are dog-meat in the prison population. Evidently the prosecutor in this case is rabid against people who harm kids, and this helps. From what I hear Jimmy is now out on bail again ($150,000 this time) but from what I hear something is supposed to happen in the next week. I have emailed Mark F and once he give me the green light to do so will post the info here but suffice to say this will, if convicted, keep him in prison for years to come. Joe A |
I spoke with the gentleman that "received" Mark F's transmission today and he was un-aware of any of Jimmy's current status. He was one of the innocent victims of Jimmys misdeeds. The CHP ran the numbers on his car and found that he had "received" a stolen transmission from Jimmy. His car was confiscated and he had to buy a new trans out of his own pocket just to get the car back on the road again. I feel really bad for him! I'm sure he is quietly following this thread now since I sent him the link.
I was un-aware about Jimmy's current status too. The hurting of the four year old child thing is news to me. If true...I hope he rots in prison! I believe there is a special place in hell for people who harm children. |
Did he eat the 4 yr. old? At least we can say he's beaten anorexia.

The San Bernardino County Court system has public access:
San Bernardino > Divisions > Civil > Case Information Online Quick search on the name shows PC 273(D)A Inflict injury on a child Click case report for info and next appearance date. Middle name is included on this case and not on the case with the car stuff so can't be sure its the same person. No DOB, so unless you know his full name you can't tell for sure its the same guy. |
Radio,
Thats it and thats the correct case that he was arrested from. More details but waiting on Mark F's approval. Joe A |
From what I read it's 3 counts: INFLICT INJURY/ETC UPON CHILD, WILLFULL CRUELTY TO CHILD/POSS INJURY OR DEATH and WILLFULL CRUELTY TO CHILD/POSS INJURY OR DEATH
