Same gears as my home shredder, but a slightly more powerful motor.

Have you ever seen a chipper in a pulp mill. My favorite toy. 4' log, 30" in diameter, gone in 3 seconds, very impressive. And it runs 24/7.

I built a State prison years ago and we put one of those in the sewage line. Inmates don't have nothing to do and like to flush stuff just for fun to clog things up. This thing eats it all up before it damages the plant.

The real test would be if they could throw an identical machine in there!

Holy crap, Paul... that is brilliant. I am gonna call our State prison.

The tards out there have done that several times over the last coupla years... they flush bed sheets and those prison jumpsuits.

It causes a total blockage a good ways down the line from the prison and it pops open a sewer lid and causes the overflow to go into the river instead of the sewer treatment plant. It has made the local news multiple times.

The kayakers don't like it too much.

Please PM me with any details/info that I could pass along... and/or your contact info if it's something that could work into some consulting work for you.
