gig alert - Steely Jam on the pier in Santa Monica FRIDAY

For those that couldn't make the San Juan Capistrano gig (um, that would be everyone ), another chance to catch Steely Jam. The band doesn't suck, and you can pay $7 cover and listen to SD tunes ar Rusty's on the Pier (yes, on the pier) instead of $150 for a seat at the Greek to hear the real thing.

If you can find/book gigs up north we'll road trip to play them. Easier for nostatic to do that as we need less money to break even.

Same goes for anyone in the western US. We'd like to do some road weekends but the difficulty is knowing the venues. Already checked Hong Kong and have leads there.

Just my luck. I was there LAST friday night walking the pier. Had dinner at Lobsters, good food, bad service. Oh well, it was fun to see the sights.
