Cars 2

I'm hoping it'll be at least as good as the first one... which was a ton of fun.

Going Saturday night to see it in 3D.
The IMAX theater at the The Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village
is showing it for around a week.

Great theater to view any movie in.

Will report back

We don't have any kids to take to see it so the we will see it and raise the average age in the theater. I have seen several reviews and everyone loved it.

Going tonight to the Kings Island theater with the kids. Should be fun. Is this movie in 3D?

Will be there on Sunday. My son keeps pestering me - is it Sunday yet? Of course, we told him it opens Sunday, not today!

Heard they recreate a few famous Hollywood car chases. Looks good.

Movie is in 3D but we are seeing the regular version.

My kids do not like 3D and I'm not that big of a fan either.

Wife and one of our kids is going tomorrow morning. I look forward to seeing it sometime, as well. At the same time, does it seem a wee bit ridiculous to pay $52 for a family of 4 to catch a kids movie?

It seems really odd, but I think he's a BMW 507

You'd think good choices would have been Aston Martin DB4 or DB5, Jag, C, D or E-type (or possibly XKSS), or even one of the big Healeys. Making a "British Intelligence" car out of a German car seems odd.

Ooh. Wife just got back from the theater. Says she was SOOOO bored. No story. Left after 45 minutes. It was as bad as the reviews. (FWIW she liked the first one.)
