My dog died
 My dog, Buck, passed away on July 3. It has been a sad few days for my family. He was a great friend. everyone here who has a good dog should go spend some time with them.

Always a sad thing when a loved dog passes. Sorry for your loss.

Sorry for your loss. I had a border collie that lived 15 years. I had to have her euthanized because her back legs would collapse while walking. I had a vet come to the house and i held her in my arms as she died. It was one of the toughest things I did in my life. That was 5 years ago and I still miss her.

Sorry to hear about Buck.
One hard thing after losing a pet is walking trough the house and looking in his favorite places. You can't help but look for him. Soon you will remember all the funny/smart/entertaining things he would do and it will always bring a smile to your face. I just watched an old 8mm home movie from the late 60s and my first real dog (white German Shepard) in her prime was in it. Brought a tear to my eye. That is a great picture of your dog...
