I'd tape that shut and haul it off to the landfill. A new chest freezer the size I use is only $160.
That said, I have RF temp readers in both my freezers with an alarm read out hanging in my hallway. It is a good idea to invest in a freezer alarm. I would hate to lose the wild game I worked so hard for, most of it carried out on my back ... George |
