Sorry for the crappy pic; this was take through with my cell phone through a 3rd-story window in my office. The real douchebag in this scene is not the Volt driver, but rather the BMW driver who parked in front of the charging station.

edit On second thought, I'd try to stay as close to the lightpole as possible. I can pull forward and go to the right, don't have to turn left.
