No, but that top shot looks like they dressed the 911 up as a mustang leaving a C&C event.
miatas get dressed up.

Won't post the photo I have because I can't get permission, but a family I know, some years back, painted their Aerostar as the Scooby Doo Mystery Van and the family dressed up as all the characters to match.

Our team won the 1st Chumpcar race that was held on Halloween in Portland in 2009 in a Miata.
Back then you were encouraged to dress both the car and the team up. Ours was ok. Some folks went way above and beyond.

Halloween is around the corner! Did you attend any trunk or treats or events with your car
  I’ve noticed less decorations on cars this year. Saw these two when I was out looking for well decorated homes
