I love doing business with Pelican

I have bought many parts over the years and have never been disappointed. This past week was no exception. On sunday I placed an internet order for some front and rear lenses along with the seals to go with them. I received the normal prompt update via email letting me know the status of my order. It was shipped on Tuesday and arrived today. Perfectly packed and ALL items arrived. Pelican has yet to let me down. Keep up the good work.

I also like that they follow up after a week or so to make sure you are happy with the order

Also never been let down - thanks

I purchased parts from Pelican from 2002-2010, when I sold Helga and I was never disappointed.

I placed a small order online and in the comment section I asked for some jelly beans. My parts arrived on time but was disappoint when I noticed the jelly beans were not there. Oh well, I thought maybe my order was so small that it didn't warrant jelly beans. Fast forward a week or so, low and behold in the mail was a small package from Pelican Parts, I opened it up and there they were !! Two small containers of jelly beans !! I was so jazzed.
Sometime its the small details that can make a company great.

Could be. I got some with my first order but I pick it up in Ogensburg N.Y.

Still got the can and sniff it once a while... They were so good

I think it depends which warehouse the parts come from. I get great service all the time however the past 3 orders no stickers, or jelly beans. Must be the strong Canadian dollar.

I ordered something a while back like early on a Monday morning and it was at my house on Tuesday. I live in the LA area, but still pretty cool.

I always found Pelican customer service to be top notch...once, a rubber part I ordered had a tear. I called...new one shipped right away, with instruction to not bother sending in the torn one.

Short of giving parts away for free, I can't imagine how you can improve your service.

I order 99.9% of my purchases on-line (Porsche and non-Porsche) and cannot tell you how many times I have to e-mail or call a retailer for tracking #'s or updates. I won't even get into subjects such as drop-shipments and credit card holds...

You should train other on-line retailers as to how it's done.

Ditto to all comments, I don't even consider ordering Porsche parts from any other suppliers.

Pelican is so good that even Porsche dealerships order from them. I have seen it with my own eyes.

Great company, great forums, great service.

Five out of six orders were done perfectly and Pelican did a great job fixing the issues on the one order with problems.

I've bought a Bunch of Parts - never a problem. I don't do anything on-line, I like to talk to Glenn @ ext 240, he knows porsches - not just an order taker
