Hey thanks for all the comments - I always loved that song and thought it applied to how I felt when I drove!!!

Awesome pics there Byron! Lots of good times.... Even though we are both "older" now, because of the era we grew up in, I sincerely doubt we will ever grow "old".

This is an awesome forum - good fellowship! SmileWavy

Golden Earring - Radar love

But I think this is the ULTIMATE driving song......

For driving? Nah, I prefer Def Leppard (pretty much all of "Diver Down") or Night Ranger's "Don't Tell Me You Love Me" on repeat.

And I can't believe how many people haven't seen "I Can't Drive 55" - MTV gave it plenty of play, back when they showed music videos. ;)

I like Night Ranger as much as the next person, ep - but with all due respect I gotta disagree - that song isn't even in the same league as Radar Love (or Highway Star or I can't drive 55).

Gotta be specific on the Def Leppard and Van Halen "Diver Down".

Pick a song and let the pelicans decide. ;)

Sorry LB....doesn't really do it for me - it's not what I call a "classic" driving song either.
