Anybody shooting a Ruger SR9c??
Looking for a mid priced CCW that is not too big, or too small. Handled a few different pistols at my local shop. The Ruger felt/fit the best. No shooting involved. Anybody shooting it here?
Pic from Bud's: Ruger SR9c 9mm Compact $398.00 SHIPS FREE Kind of long but informative vid. SR9c - YouTube Thanks,

I've never been impressed with the trigger pull on the rugers.
Much prefer the pull of the glock or XD. |

Agreed, but most of the reviews are very happy with this model.

No help from me, takes a while for new models to trickle down to my place.
Ruger pistols have come a long way since Bill died, I expect you'll be happy with it. Jim

I have shot one..... It felt fine to me, but I personally prefer guns with no safety gizmos for personal defense (like my Glock and tiny TCP). If you liked it, are fine with it's gizmos... buy it.
I personally like the really tiny guns for "concealed" carry like the LCP, TCP etc.... anything bigger just is not comfortable enough for me to want to carry "daily". So for anything bigger than the tiny LCP sized guns, I would rather just jump up to a full sized gun for my bedside/glovebox/range use etc.

Ruger SR9
Had one for a while, but traded it on a Springfield XDM. For a nice size carry piece, look at the FNP or the Glock 32/23. Of the last two, I prefer the FNP in 357Sig chambering.
