A “indictable” offense under an Act of Parliament is the same as your felony charges.

About 20 yrs ago charges.....there were no computers 20 yrs ago so all those charges are on paper. They don't show up in a computer unless you have given the man a reason to update your file and he has shared it with the other Customs agencys in the world. So unless you tell them you were a bad person 20 years ago they will have no record of your transgressions. If you tell them you were bad they will turn you away and ask you to provide them with a copy of your record so they can update the computer system.
