Well, to be on the safe side if he asks to borrow a tool...let him.

Well unless he lives at Wildwood rentals and operates same, yes, I'd be concerned.

Wow, I hope he was trashed when he typed up the ad. That would be the only good excuse for an injunear to type like that. I assume the "How a machine gun works" pic is from the web. I have to assume that the CAD drawings are also pilfered from the web somewhere.

I don't think you have too much to worry about, but I'd probably stay out of his way.

I would think, before becoming an engineer, you would have to know how to spell the word? Maybe not...

Judging from the quality of the ad, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Reminds me of my old neighbor in NY.

His entire property was surrounded by 25 ft hedges so thick you could not see thru them.

The day the wife on I close on the house we go by afterwards and are standing there admiring our 1st home and I hear a vehicle fire up. It was 1995.

"Terri" comes backing out of his driveway in WWll military jeep complete with gun turret dressed in fatigues.

My wife and I look at each other and just went "oh ****, we've moved next door to Timothy McVeigh".

Terri turned out to be a great guy, he was into old iron, Jeeps mostly but had some trucks and a Falcon. The fatigues were from when he was in the service as a Helicopter ground crew member.

I don't know what a 'gutlinggun' is, but it sounds a lot more menacing that a gatling gun.

IIRC there was some guy here in LA who stole a tank from some armory. Went on a rampage, crushing cars and stuff in a residential neighborhood. This happened maybe 10-15 years ago. He finally got stopped when some LEO climbed on top of the tank/turret, popped the hatch, and killed him.
