I had started a similar thread some time ago, but it seems to have faltered. This is my brand new match rifle for High Power competition. This is my old-school Colt for the service rifle class.

I've shot 600 yards with the Colt. It's sights are 1/4 minute and would have to elevate 52 clicks from the 200 yard zero to drop into the X ring at 600. Both are 223 Remington. The Colt is a circa '86 slick side A2. Not quit as old-school as the Vietnam A1. The new match rifle hasn't had the barrel broke in yet. It is a Les Baer with Krieger barrel, Jewell trigger, and Centra sights.

Of course there might be some of us who value quantity more than quality. Jim

Quite the organization method there jim.... Wish I had some pics of my old room mates ARspoons. One with a fluted stainless barrel, one SBR, one done up old school... He ordered a couple of the spikes zombie lowers, not sure what he is doing with those.... Lets say he made good use of his military discounts....
