I wasn't trying to infer they were. Just throwing out a movie suggestion. I'm well aware of the differences and walk the often murky gray line between them daily.

+1 on "12 o'clock high", used in all the AF war colleges (basic to advanced...SOS to AWC) as an illustration of leadership. Consider also "Scent of a Woman", great story on mentoring. Can also make an argument for "Jerry Maguire", building/investing in a business, managing clients, dealing with failure; there's the Oceans series (11, 12, 13), managing all phases of an operation, varied clients, employees with distinct personalities, and more importantly reaching a goal...even try, "The Producers," nothing but management techniques there...good and bad!
