Want to buy Steve McQueen's race suit he wore in Le Mans? It is being auctioned off in December.

Its cool, but I'd rather have a modern day white suit decorated to look like it. What good is a fire suit that I can't wear in the car?

Oh I think that is REALLY cool! I like vintage items, including clothing. I've got an old racing suit, older than that, that I have tucked away. I've even got an old set of the "gauntlet" style gloves.
Can't would even consider, using it for racing, but I think it would be just the thing for certain car events. Neat stuff. As for this particular item, cool as it is, I can't even afford the loose threads that fall off of it. This will go for some dough. angela

I think it could be a bidding war between Glickenhaus & Seinfeld.
