The way I see it, is it has nothing to do with Texas, the wasted money didn't come out of our coffers. It was slated to, but we're not stupid enough to give Bernie $25 million. Now, Red McCombs, and whoever else is involved, might.
Who would be so stupid to think that the State would hand over $25 million to a promoter, when there is no contract with with Bernie?
