So is obammy - I wonder how much black you have to be to be black? Tiger is 1/4 African American, obammy is 50%. Whats the % you can be before you aren't a brotha?

Here in Ct. you only have to be 1/16th or maybe it's even 1/32nd to be considered an Indian.

I have often considered that question.
