Spotted in Los Angeles. Late-ish model pickup (toyota?) With Fuchs/Replicas.

Do Toyotas have the same bolt pattern! ???
If so maybe there is a new source for space saver spares? |
I know someone who uses them as garden hose holders on the side of the shop. Dont have pictures of it though

I love this board. Always good for a laugh.
This is the only non-911 that a Fuchs wheel belongs! Brand new 8 and 9" from Germany. Don't ask me what I paid for them, it will make your eyes water.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/suppo...ys/bawling.gif http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1322628189.jpg |

I would like to put a set of Fuch's on my Featherlite trailer. I need a 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern. Can you buy adapters or am I cornfused as usual? I want a set of 15" x 6" rims to dress my trailer up. Is this possible?
|
yes very possible ... try ebay
|
5x4.5" aka 5X114.3mm is a Ford, Toyota, Nissan etc. bolt pattern so if you can't find some replica Fuchs with this bolt pattern like the Toyota trucks shown above, you can get adapters to convert 5x130mm to 5x114.3 but I fear that adapters will push the wheels outside the fenders as they are usually ~20mm thick which would make for a near 0ET wheel when used with a Fuch wheel. You would need the opposite of this Honda 5x114.3 to Porsche 5x130 Trak+ Wheel Adapters 25mm -- ALLSPRINGS.COM Online Store

Coolest bookstands ever, mitigated a lot by the unicorn figurine on the same bookshelf. . . .
Just sayin'. |

We have a Fuch garden hose reel on the side of our house (with a black Goodyear-branded garden hose, no less), and a Cookie Cutter doing the same duty in the backyard. |
Newstalgia Wheel, American Racing Wheels, Boyd Coddington Wheels, Billet Vintiques, Colorado Custom Wheels, Cragar Wheels, Bonspeed Wheels, Foose Wheels, Radir Wheels, TQ Chrome
Might be a fun site. Seems slow though. Cragars may be the closest look. |

I wish I had a camera at the time. I spotted a set on a Karamn Ghia that was lowered, very low in fact, and had big disk brakes all round. The car was painted a metalic dark grey/charcoal and was one of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen.

Would love to see 'em on a new Beetle...anyone?
|
Currently have em on the back of my Toy pick up, pulled out of moth-balls to freshen up(gets better mileage than my Burb:D
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1338948508.jpg Yes, those Man-Hole covers are made by Fuch (these are the actual 951 7&8s, not 928s), I'm gonna run them since they have good rubber:D:p |

P.S. if I'm not mistaken, those lunar rover fenders look very VW bettlish. That means the lunar rover is 1/2 way there to being a Porsche......
|
They look best of all on a Karmann.
Well, other than on that moon drift car. |
That old Toyota truck with Fuchs is tight, might have to put some on my little rig. Since it's beige instead of red, though, American 200Ses or torque thrusts might be better.
