Yes, some kind of paper work handling fee. I was glad to pay it and get out of there. I was ready to lay out 200 bucks should the judge decide to side with the cop. Going back to work and deal with a bunch of animals makes lots more economic sense.

If the charges are dropped WE should be reimbursed for our time, not billed $23.
