Obviously a prank, but who is Emone Dubs?

Google says that Eamonn Dubs is an Irish pub in Brooklyn.

Probably unrelated.



The sign itself is not formatted properly to be an official hazard sign.
My guess is it has something to do with promoting a local band. (?)

Or somebody named Emone who sells big chrome rims.
