Who does laundry at a laundrymat?

Fun places. Everyone wearing the last of their clean clothes. Nothing matches. At one now washing washing my hunting stuff. Took advantage of a city run. Bro had some business to take care of. Now back to the desert.

Ah yes...I remember my younger daze...flip-flops, shorts (sans underwear), and the most religious (holiest) tanktop or tee-shirt that I owned

I used to when i just lived on my own, 23 or so, a loooong time ago... and in a period of lot's of clubbing. Night Owl at the time. In winter i didn't see daylight for weeks on end. Weekends i'de be clubbing, weeks i'de be sleeping. So i'de go to the laundymat at night. And invariably it was full with all kinds of party people and freaks.. Hell, it was fun.. we'de bring booze and smoke dope while the machines were humming

I remember how civilized I felt when I bought my first washer and dryer and realized that I didn't have to hang out in the laundromat anymore.

That's a good idea, though, to wash the big greasy stuff like car covers there.

Sometimes you find some pretty nice stuff looking thru the machines!

I walk my laundry three blocks down the street to a laundromat (note sp.).

I have a washer and dryer downstairs but they suck. Small and never gets anything clean. The washers at the laundromat are very thorough and the dryers are huge, and I can dry two or three loads at once. My girlfriend and I have tons of clothes, so it is far more efficient to wash them all at once instead of load-by-load which takes hours and necessitates being home half a whole day Saturday or Sunday.

Plus doing my laundry down the street means walking along the beach back and forth, which is a nice view and good exercise.

This is on the corner of the alley the place is located on...

I do drop off at a wash and fold. 50 cents a pound. They do a terrific job.
