I've lost my favorites a few times. After reflecting on the matter, I realized that if I found it once, I could find it again. There were items from long ago that I never went to.

Even with your drive gone, I bet it's all there.

Do you have a restore function on your computer?
If so, go back a month or so and restore from that date.

Yeah, it's deeper into a computer than I wanted to go also......mostly I just turn the SOB on & off.....computer illiteracy is bliss till it ain't no more.
