Family tree software recommendations please
Several members of my family have researched our ancestry going back several hundred years or so.
So I presumed someone mush have put all this info into a family tree. Not so much... what I see are folders stuffed with names, dates, and locations. Anyone using a inexpensive and easy software that will put his all together? Also anyone using the online sites to do this? What do they cost? Thanks in advance.

The Mormans have one of largest databases for family records and it's free. Most of the paid services are just using this database.

As far as software to build your tree in, Family Tree maker has been around a VERY long time.
