Brazilian Laser Hair Removal

No such thing.
A Brazilian wax is where all pubic hair is removed. Laser hair removal is laser destruction of hair follicles. That could unwanted hair on any part of the body. I do not know of a dermatological laser manufactured in, or peculiar to, Brazil.

Isn't a wax where they pour hot wax on you then peal it off when it cools thus yanking the hair with it?

that's just normal waxing. can be done on any part of the body. brazilian waxing is specific to pubic region

Waxing does not actually use wax, at least, not in the normal "candle" or "bee's" sense of the word. The stuff is more like tree sap. You get it hot, but not enough to actually burn you. spread the stuff on, then lay a strip of cloth over it and yank it off really quickly. You don't really let it cool/dry first.
My understanding of a "Brazillian" is that it gets ALL of the hair from down there, including the crack out back.
