I don't know if this has a name, but it's what I was drinking last night. Kind of a ripoff of a Tom Collins, I guess.

1 part Gin
1 part Lemon
1/2 part agave nectar (or less, to taste)

Shake with ice, serve in martini glass (salt rimmed optional)

I've got a home made limoncello in the freezer just waiting for the right moment.

Nothing tonight... But drank a Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan with Dueller a few nights back. A damn fine beer.
