Whats everyone drinking tonight?

Started out with Rum and Coke. May switch over to some Scotch soon.

Diet Dr. Pepper over cubed ice. I'm guessing a 2012 vintage.

smirnoff, as usual. since noon.

Green Fin white wine from Trader Joes.
Tree dolla an' ninety-nyne cent!
Cheaper than grape Mad Dog 20/20, and a better balanced boutique than most wines I've ever had.

Publix brand diet coke. Ice cold so it tickles the mouth parts! :p

Also had a Cesar salad and white rice for dinner. Keeping it simple tonight.

Blue Moon Belgian-style wheat ale followed by whatever bourbon is on hand (Old Crow tonight, I think).

When it comes to bourbon, I'm not picky (obviously), but I do think JD is highly over-rated.

As you probably know, milk (and milk products) are the counter for capsaicin, not water.

IMHO, even carbonated water works better than regular water to put out the fire.

My approach, however, is to use carbonated beverages containing some alcohol (Dos Equis and Corona spring to mind), so after a few the fire is lessened and the alcohol helps me not care about it as much.

In much the same approach, whiskey or bourbon mixed with the water are, of course, quite useful.
