Santa Monica BMW Wow!
This place has such a bad reputation....i've never seen so many bad reviews

Yikes! With that many reviews, you typically get a pretty good read on a place. You would think the national folks would get involved.

I thought perhaps the 'filtered' reviews would be better. Nope. Mostly horrible as well.
