A lot of work put into it.

Not digging the carpeting over the fuel cell in the trunk. One little spill on fill up and it's gonna stick.

That roll-cage looks deadly for street use to me. Very nice work otherwise.

When I bought my MSM it had a rollbar that ran like that. I promptly removed it and sold it. My head touched the thing when I was just sitting in the seat.

I hope he is not smoking the same stuff when he flies that plane.

I wonder how many times he rapped the side of his head on that bar before he decided to sell.

Hmm, seems a well sorted 6 can go in the $30's.

$40K is a lot for a 3rd fun car.

Nicely built car but that roll cage would have to go. Shame really because it would also help firm up the body.
But I bet not much could keep up with it. That's if you could control the wheel spin.

The colour is spot on. If it's the Triumph colour I'm thinking of it's very similar to traditional Ferrari red.

That is an amazing car, he has been trying to sell it for quite some time.

I love that car! If I won the lottery, that would be mine, but the roll cage would have to go or be significantly modified. A lot of craftsmanship and attention to detail there!!

welding on that cage looks like it was done by a drunk, blind, transvestite from the Ukraine. Who would have thunk that they could find a person like that.

I like thaecar and the concept.

My question is why the heck would the guy spend that much time and money and effort into the car of his dreams and then go and sell it?

I bet it would sell quick at half that amount or maybe a bit more. I bet he has $40k in it if he put $10/hr on his time.

I love that car more every time I look at it. The only 2 things I would change are the roll cage and the front "bumper". What a cool project!

I see a lot of this sort of thing. I think there are a lot of people that "enjoy the project" more than having the product of the project. I don't mind some work, but I'd rather be out driving my dream car than building it.

When I see this sort of thing for sale, I always think "they found some huge issue when they got done, so now they are unloading it." I know that's not always the case, but I can't help it.

I suppose some get more out of baking the cake than eating it. :D

I think it would look better with 16's too. Was the TR6 the first modern era car to go to 16's? There is a bIt too much aluminum. Maybe 15's and 60 series tires. The painted on tires do not do it for me.

I'm in the middle of a E36 M3/LS6 swap that seems to be taking forever. I'm enjoying the build process but my biggest fear is the car turning out to be nothing like what I imagine it will be.
