Orygun has the best beef in the US - even beef from the Kobe cattle breed if you want it - also organic & sustainable (whatever that really means). And the people are very nice, tho in a different style than in the South.
You could start a business to provide the comestibles you want tho -- or just help others start one. |

I wouldn't mind starting something, or helping, but I've got too many board meetings as it is. If I drop two monthly boards I'll still be on three monthly committees, and one subcommittee. I do it to myself though. I'm starting a Literary Festival this fall and I still have no idea how much work I'll need to put in it.
