Bell 412 Pilot Job Offered

I know some of you guys fly those rotor wing death traps, so you or somebody you know may be interested.

Our company will be adding another 412 to the fleet this summer, which will mean adding another flight crew.

We have enough senior pilots on staff already.
We will be accepting resumes for SIC positions only.

Minimum Requirements:
> ATP
> 2000 hours in rotor wings
> 500 hours in 412 or heavier

Job location is overseas and will require travel away from home for weeks at a time.

Specific job details will require a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement.
Email me if you are interested.

Google pic not related to the job:

Rotor wing death traps? I don't know what it is now but for quite a few years the safest thing flying was a---------Bell Jetranger. If younger I'd sure be on that job though!!!

Actually, the 412 is a good ship. I just like giving the helicopter guys crap because they do the same for me (a fixed wing guy).

They shouldn't do that! Most helicopter pilots I know (including myself) are also fixed-wing people.

Wow... no takers yet.
I thought Seahawk or somebody would have had friends who were interested.

It's not like we're flying for Blackwater or anything.
It's legit. No shooting. Good pay.

I have been asking around...can you PM me the particulars?

The problem is the ATP rating.

OK, I'll take it, but you'll need to teach me how to fly it...

PM will be sent in a few minutes.
Is the ATP a problem because ATP pilots want to be PIC, or because most of the pilots don't bother with an ATP for flying the helo? (we actually see a little of both)

Teach? Not me!! I only know how to wrench on them.

If my RC helicopters are any indication of ability, you really really don't want me in the driver's seat!! I'd come out ahead if I just bought them "pre-crashed".

Both, but especially the, "don't bother with an ATP" part.

I know a few guys that are Chief pilots at life flight units...they generally know who is looking.

I have to be drunk to get in one now, did a roll, end over, in a Huges 500, had a flame out in a Falling Star-I mean an A Star coming in for a landing, it just flat out dropped from about 15 ft., my back is still screwed 23 years later, lucky for me neither caught fire, I don't fly, was a passenger both times. Flying one of those is a dangerous job, taxi driver with an expensive cab. Got outta a 206, Jet Ranger, at the drill and the crew had to pull the rods, so I decided to stay and help the guys, the pilot took off and crashed about a 1/2 mile away, God was on my side that day, those machines are not safe at all IMO
