Life Is Too Short To Drive Boring Cars.. So I Just Scooped Up This.. Pics

Hey Gang - Finally bought a '91 560SEC (has 154K miles), after looking on and off for 10years. This is the last year M-B hand made these big \ flagship Coupes. I missed out on a few on eBay from last second aggressive bidding. I gave up on eBay and then resorted to AutoTrader. I found this car in Charlotte, NC and spoke at length to the nice gent who owned it and then bought it sight unseen. It was delivered to me here in Houston this afternoon. The car is nice, looks nice and has beautiful genuine three piece OZ wheels and been tastefully lowered. Leather is in good shape and the headliner was recently redone just this week in a beautiful tan velour to match the interior. There are a few minor issues, but nothing some TLC will not fix. On to the pics: Regards - Yasin

Benz's are well driving vehicles no matter the age/miles. Will this be a daily driver?

I came close to buying one of these at an insurance auction a few years ago. Beautiful cars, looked like an easy fix to my untrained eyes. Then I evesdropped on a conversation from a couple guys who know MBs well, and they knew that this car has many parts not shared with other Benzs, and would be very difficult to find parts at reasonable prices. Not having a clue (I was there to pick up another 944 parts car to support the racing habit), these guys prolly saved me much heartache and a drained checkbook. Nice to find one in this great condition. Congrats.

Nice find that Mercedes. They don't even need to be exotic. I would settle for a late 50's VW bug in good shape.Just like the kind I drove in the 60's. I just love seeing old cars being driven on a regular basis. Eye candy on four wheels. Then u see a good looking girl driving one of these good condition old cars. More eye candy. As you can see I am not dead yet. Just 3/4 cooked.
