Subaru Error Codes
Posted this on a Subie forum but didn't get any response yet so I thought I would try the Pelican Parts brain trust.
The ABS and the VDC light came on our 2002 Outback. I took it to my mechanic and he read the error codes. He said he got two codes, 83 and 85. He also said that on his list the codes for ABS only go up to 79. I hate to start replacing parts without more to go on. Any ideas? |

I'm pretty sure anything in the 80's is just generic system failure
