Now in 993 land ...

I knew reading the headline that you'd do really well, as half the vehicle is made of awful grey plastic! Great job!
I am also curious what you put on there. I think you can put about just anything to make it look good for the moment, but what do you put to make it last? Cheers, G |

Nice work as always Juan. I see those all the time with faded plastic and hazed lights, you could have just restored those and made it look 100% better.

Excellent Point! From my experience............ The short answer is the material, is that simple, Have you ever noticed the older Ford Explorers Outside Trim?(just one example) ALL of them turn grey over time regardless of what you do to them, Why? The material. Same goes for the headlights on specific models, never mind the UV rays do an excellent job killing them, but they can't survive due to the material, same goes for some leather seats. That's not to say that with a strict maintenance plan, we can prolong the surface life. Certain products will work much better than others but the challenge here is finding which ones are.

"Generally Speaking" I had 10 hrs on that truck + I had to re do it 2 more times due to the rain; wash/hand dried.
Each case is different so if the car is in fairly good condition it will be much less. so it depends on case by case. But as an example Stage 1- Cars $325.00 - 5 to 6hrs SUV add $100.00. Included: Hand Wash Using car shampoo PH Neutral. Wheels/Tires cleaned with a PH-neutral wheel cleaner. Hand-dried All windows and mirrors cleaned. Exterior plastics cleaned and conditioned. Removal of any paintwork contaminants before the wax is applied. 1 Stage Paint Correction via power tools 1 layer of Liquid Polymer Wax protection applied to all painted surfaces. Tire dressing using non sling tire gel formula. Interior cleaned / Leather. Work performed with power tools. Stage 2- $600.00 9 to 10 hr Included: Hand Wash Using car shampoo PH Neutral. Wheels/Tires cleaned with a PH-neutral wheel cleaner. Hand-dried All windows and mirrors cleaned. Exterior plastics cleaned and conditioned. Removal of any paintwork contaminants before the wax is applied. 1 layer of Liquid Polymer Wax applied to all painted surfaces. Tire dressing using non sling tire gel formula. Wax Wheels Recon Headlight/Tail lights Interior cleaned / Leather cleaning 1-3 Stage Paintwork correction process, Most cars would benefit from a single-stage paintwork correction; This process removes 80% off swirl marks inadvertently introduced to the surface . Work performed with power tools.
