Purchased a Studio 206i Gym. Anyone else have a gym & know how to use with results.?

Hello.

Been looking for a home Gym. Had one awhile ago -a York 2600. For all I knew it was O.K.

She's gone now and probably part of someones car.

I am still enduring convelescence from a bad car accident.
I've gained almost 20 poundages
I was very fit prior to the crash and now I am not the same guy I used to be.

Honestly. This bothers me greatly.

There is no way I can go back to what I did at this time. It will be super stressful to accomplish it.

I must first get strong again.
This last weekend I found a friken deal. A deal once in a lifetime...I kid you not!

The Gym was purchased by a sweety and she was then worried about gaining muscle mass. She, Natalia went to sell it on Kijiji.
Now I've been looking for awhile and found this and that but what turned me off was the attitudes of the sellers.
I was on a hiatus for 2 weeks and went back to kijiji. There was an ad produced 3 hours before and towards after supper.

She-the cutey-sweetheart had her Gym up for sale for $320.00 o.bo.

So I called her. Nice as heck. **** wish my wife before turned x was like her.

The Lady paid $2700 for this piece and leg lift. It is a fantastic quality-like new with the badge on it still stating -`life-time`-Quality product Warrenty product -as I can vouch to you cause I have been a Machinist since Debbie Harry was so hot!
Anyway-I have it now BUT-WITHOUT AN EXERCISE MANUAL. Anyone know of a website or book on how to get the best gains out of these machines.
Also curious on what have you got and then your manual on your machine.

I tell you- I can hardly wait to be strong and normal again with a job that the boss would be afraid of losing me.-the pat on the back thing you know.

I see. AND your the first to make me so on this site. Damn the commodore 64.
Still , it is reliable and about as knowledgeable on computers as Ģi am.

Really though, I`ve been looking and found nothing helpful so far.
I really THANK you for your help.
Best.

-I cannot find exercise manuals used and prioritized for this machine. There are many adjustments from verticle to shoulder to boner. How they are used and maximized is not said.

So I guess I`ll be on this machine for months and without guidance I`ll end up like Quentin from the `Rocket Boys`.

Or you could just call or email the company in the morning and see if they can help.

Mike, start out slow. Add resistance as you gain conditioning, avoid using the same muscle groups more than 3 times a week. Take a protein supplement such as Myoplex immediately post-workout to rebuild muscle that you've "broken down" in your workout. Bench presses, leg curls, flys, and lat pulldowns are your basic excercises. Try bicep curls, hamstring curls, and ab crunches as you get stronger. Carve out 3 months to get, into conditioning before you go heavy, and then you want to use aggression to punch out the last reps starting in month 4-5. Try reading Muscle and Fitness, Body for Life, etc to increase your knowledge. Give yourself about a year, then sell the machine and move up.
