HK customer service gets 5 stars-again.

man i wish every company i deal with had these customer service employees. blasted an e-mail to hk georgia yesterday. about 4 hrs later i get my returned goods # for my 1998 german built hk usp .45. i had asked them for any history to the spoon.

well it was made in germany,imported to u.s. in april 1998, and then...........purchased by the san bernadino police dept in june of 1998. not the state of maine as i had erroneously heard.

so i thought that was cool. anyway i asked them to replace left side decocker lever and install match trigger and replace any and all parts that EVEN WINK at them. springs,c-clips etc etc blah blah so i may have a nice warm fuzzy. cant wait to get it back from them and punch some holes. now the method to my madness, is that HK has to tear this thing down to the very last screw and completely rebuild it with any and all NEW PARTS as obviously its a liability issue. so i figure "while their in der" they may as well install my match trigger/hammer/springs and life WILL BE GOOD!

got the meprolight adjustable night rear sight and front night sight, installed late last night.................and THEY IS REAL NICE! and TALL for seeing over a CAN! happiness is having NIGHT SIGHTS THAT ARE NEW AND BRIGHT!

latest word from my FFL that suppressors are NO LONGER NEXT YEAR going to demand a LEO signoff on a form 4. in other words if yer a good lil boy WITH NO CRIMINAL RECORD YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE as many as ya like. no fuss/no muss and they WILL BE LEGAL FOR HUNTING! thats what i have heard so dont quote me yet as i personally havent seen the law in print form as of yet.
